1. Order Processing
We usually get your order packed and ready to go within 1 business days. We take a little break on weekends and holidays, so orders placed then will be handled the next business day.
If things get super busy, it might take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are shown at checkout so there are no surprises.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Heads up: Sometimes carriers run into delays (weather, high demand, etc.), so delivery times aren’t 100% guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.
4. International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order shows up damaged or doesn’t arrive, let us know right away. We’ll help you figure out the next steps and work with the carrier to sort it out.
