Opened the Honduran and just poured a cup (22g/330g @ 195-deg). That coffee was so good I don’t know whether to have a smoothie or pancakes.

So difficult to find a good small-batch roster who’s willing to traffic in decaf! My local roaster won’t touch the stuff, but I like an afternoon cup, so what can I do? I’m fond of the Pink Bourbons in general, and this one lives up to the genre’s reputation for a good balance of fruit and body. I’ve been using a great local roaster for 10 years and tried Red-Headed Stepchild out of curiosity. So far, I’ve been fortunate to go 2-for-2 with my Red-Headed Stepchild bean orders. Looking forward to my next order!
I had the Guatemala coffee, medium roast. It had Great flavor, no bitterness as I’ve had with some coffees.
I used a French Press, but also used the refillable Kcups in my Keurig coffees maker. That worked fine but I got a more robust flavor with the French press, probably because the water was in contact with the beans for a longer time.
Thanks for a great product. Looking forward to trying some of your other flavors too!
